Below is a Segment that i shot for the Disney Channel, Appearing on Hanging with Adam and Ash. I had a blast on the program, we got to chat a little about my upbringing, benefits of Martial Arts, what to look for in an Academy and of course, finishing off with some cool moves! Check it out!

During the past couple of months i have been busy running Seminars assisting Martial Arts School around the nation with various departments of an Academy. I was fortunate enough to run Business Consulting and Staff Development sessions at Fusion Martial Arts (Melbourne), Evolution Taekwondo (Melbourne) and Black Belt Professionals in Sydney. Providing these schools with tools and strategies and seeing them incorporate into their academy is a rewarding part of my career. Furthermore, I ran an Extreme Kicks and Tricks Seminar with the Students at Infinite Taekwondo Academy, of which the Students are doing exceptionally well!

Furthermore, we as the Australian Martial Arts Academy are excited to announce the opening of our next location in St George, Sydney. We look forward to mentoring and guiding the school and wish the best of Success. Our Instructing team has now reached in excess of 50 staff members, from the Junior Assistants right through the location managers. Extremely satisfying to witness the impact these leaders have on the community. 

My personal Training has been going great working on a variety of areas. Here is a small collection of what I’ve been working on over the last couple of months.

Hi guys,

I hope you’ve all had a wonderful start to the year. It has been an eventful start for me with many great experiences and memories.

Over the past weekend, the senior staff from AMA were in Melbourne for the Annual Educational Funding Company (EFC) Summit. It was a fantastic event with our Academy being awarded the Global Top Single Martial Arts School Award, including 750+ plus with the organisation. A wonderful achievement by our team for which we are extremely grateful for and continue to strive to provide the best Martial Arts Service to our members!

 

My Seminar Program and Instructor Development Workshops having continued on successfully from 2015. I have just finished a set of seminars at Fusion Martial Arts in Melbourne, Evolution Taekwondo in Melbourne, Ultimate Martial Arts in Melbourne and Black Belt Professionals in Sydney. One of the things i enjoy the most is sharing my knowledge with different instructors, school owners and students from all over. This is fun, challenging and definitely helps me grow and expand my teaching and communication skills.

At the Academy we have had a great start the year with over 110 classes on offer per week. We have introduced a program backed by popular demand known as the mini dragons program, targeted to kids aged 18-36 months. Such a cute group of kids transforming into martial artists 🙂 i started my martial arts journey at the same age.

We were also invited to perform for the Chinese New year celebrations. We did a number of performances in different locations. Our Junior X-Treme Team had an awesome time with these shows including performing at Market City Shopping Centre for 2 full consecutive weekends. Always an enlighteting experience taking in the cultures and traditions of different nations.

I am currently in Bali taking time off and enjoying some surfing, relaxing and rejuvenating! Until Next time.
